Hugh Jackman “The Wolverine” Canadian Rockies Scene Set Images

While The Wolverine is filming in Australia, we get our first look at Hugh Jackman in scene that takes place in Canada in the movie (more below).

We previously got a first look at Hugh Jackman as Wolverine in a Japanese prison camp as well.

The Wolverine has a July 26th, 2013 release date, is being directed by James Mangold, stars Hugh Jackman, with Christopher McQuarrie and Mark Bomback on a script adapted from Frank Miller and Christopher Claremont's comic arc from 1982.

According to CBM, the scene could mirror the comic book by Frank Miller, of which the movie is adapted from, where Wolverine hunts down a man-eating grizzly bear in the Canadian Rockies. However, it turns out the bear has been poisoned by an arrow from an irresponsible hunter, with Wolverine finding the hunter in a bar, with an ensuing fight.
