Thor 2, "The Dark World," just might be the film to beat this year.
All of the set photos and video seem to promise one heck of an epic adventure that spans the universe.
As we previously heard from Tom Hiddleston about Thor 3, he said sequels for these types of films depend on the movies being a financial success.
"I think they keep it secret mostly because they know that we might slip and accidentally say something," Alexander told Total Film. "I think it’s no secret that Marvel tries to make as many films as they can, so that possibility of there being a third installment of Thor is a strong possibility - I mean, we’ve seen it over and over again - but, we still don’t know."
We know from previous statements made by Jaimie Alexander that she won't be playing Wonder Woman anytime soon, but it seems she'll be sticking with Sif.
"I love playing Sif, she’s one of my favorite characters I’ve ever played and so to be able to do that more than once is really nice, because in films usually it’s once, and then that’s it," she said.
Thor 2: The Dark World hammers into theaters November 8th, 2013 directed by Alan Taylor (Game of Thrones), starring Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, Anthony Hopkins as Odin, Idris Elba as Heimidall, Zachary Levi as Fandral and Jaimie Alexander as Sif, Christopher Eccleston as Malekith the Accursed, Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Kurse.
