Miles Scott, a five-year-old diagnosed with Leukemia, had a dream to become his favorite superhero, Batman, and fight crime.

That dream became a reality today thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and over 5000 volunteers as San Francisco was transformed into Gotham City.

Miles Scott's day started out with an exclusive front page article in a special edition of the San Francisco Chronicle, which was written by none other than Superman's alter ego, Clark Kent.

From there, the police chief went on the local news asking for assistance from Batkid!

Batkid answered the call as Miles saved a damsel in distress as well as put a stop to the villain, The Riddler!

The Penguin's plans were also thwarted by Batkid as the criminal mastermind attempted to kidnap the San Francisco Giants mascot!

Miles Scott was then presented with the key to the city on the steps of City Hall where the mayor and police chief thanked Batkid for saving their city.

The good news is that Gotham City is safe once again thanks to Batkid, and Miles Scott's Leukemia is currently in remission.

You, too, can be the hero that Miles is by going to BeTheMatch.org, a website that matches bone marrow donors with leukemia patients.
