Here is a new image from Ridley Scott's Prometheus that closely resembles the recent movie poster.

Are they in some sort of ship? A cave?

Prometheus, has a June 8th, 2012 release and is directed by Ridley Scott, starring Michael Fassbender (X-Men: First Class), Charlize Theron, Patrick Wilson, Idris Elba, Noomi Rapace and Guy Pearce.
