This final segment discusses the massacre of Aurora, Colorado. Where do we stand as a society when public shootings are becoming more and more common? Are we unique as Americans or is this just as alarming an issue with the rest of the globe?

We here at Cosmic Book News are saddened by the tragedy and pray for the families of the victims and hope that the survivors can find some way to put this traumatic event behind them. They showed us all that even in deadly situations, people are capable of very inspiring acts of courage as they attempted to protect their loved ones and even total strangers. Why does it seem human beings require true acts of horror to show our best qualities?
