This third segment gets into the debate between The Avengers and The Dark Knight Rises. Two films with incredible anticipation, following and hype each met with varying degrees of success financially and critically. Without question, these types of productions are building more credibility in the action/adventure/sci-fi genres and we as fans are pleased to see this kind of eye candy with substance to it.

The Avengers will more than likely make the most money between the two once the summer has wrapped, but was it a better film overall?
