Marvel.com confirms that Martin Sheen will be playing Uncle Ben in the rebooted Spider-Man movie set to swing into theaters on July 22nd, 2012.

Andrew Garfield will be playing the part of Peter Parker/Spider-Man with Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy and actor Rhys Ifans as the villain known as The Lizard!
