No Accent For Rocket Raccoon In Guardians of the Galaxy? Toy May Reveal Voice Of Bradley Cooper

With the Guardians of the Galaxy trailer rumored to be only days away, coming out of the 2014 Toy Fair we get an electronic talking Rocket Raccoon toy that just may use the actual voice of Bradley Cooper.
There is also a toy for Star-Lord, and it is noted in the video below that it is using the voice of Chris Pratt, but nothing is mentioned for Rocket Raccoon.
We're assuming as one is authentic, the other could be as well; so that just might be Bradley Cooper.
Worth a mention is that the Rocket Raccoon figure does not have an accent, so it's possible that since Cooper did the actual voice in post-production that the figure is using a generic voice (Cooper previously mentioned an accent). Rocket Raccoon uses an English accent in the TV shows and video games as the character is inspired from the Beatles song "Rocky Raccoon" as well as having been written by the English writing team of Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning.
Perhaps we'll find out when the trailer hits (rumored for Tuesday).
Update: Looks like director James Gunn mentioned on Twitter that it's not Bradley Cooper's voice; however, no mention made regarding the accent.
We also get some cool '80s music and some gun noises to go with Star-Lord!
The electronic Rocket Raccoon sounds just as cool.
