Welcome to The Dark Knight Rises spoliercast! Lawrence, a.k.a. Giusepee Jones, along with Casey, Kevin, Kristin and newcomer Wendy discuss the ins and outs of Christopher Nolan’s final installment of his masterful Batman trilogy.

This first segment reviews our first impressions of Rises, and it really seems like we all liked this film a lot. Why didn’t the critics feel the same? Did this third film suffer simply for following The Dark Knight? Was there Batman fatigue? Does this film do what it had to do?

I personally had concerns with the logistics of this trilogy ending because there is no realistic window for this storyline to EVER be revisited. How can the elimination of even the smallest of hopes of the story continuing make for a successful comic book adaptation in Hollywood Land?
