Benedict Cumberbatch, Zachary Quinto & Chris Pine Featured In New Star Trek Into Darkness Image

In anticipation of the upcoming Star Trek Into Darkness footage that will be shown with The Hobbit, Paramount and J.J. Abrams have revealed a new image still featuring Benedict Cumberbatch, Zachary Quinto and Chris Pine.

We see that Benedict Cumberbatch's character is in the brig, with Spock and Captain Kirk on hand. 

New Star Trek footage will debut both with the IMAX viewing of The Hobbit (9 minutes) and with the non-IMAX viewing (full trailer).

Star Trek Into Darkness has a May 17th, 2013 release date in 3D, is directed by J.J. Abrams and stars Chris Pine as Capt. James T. Kirk, Zachary Quinto as Spock, Karl Urban as Leonard "Bones" McCoy, Zoe Saldana as Nyota Uhura, Simon Pegg as Scotty, Anton Yelchin as Pavel Chekov, John Cho as Hikaru Sulu and Benedict Cumberbatch as an unnamed villain.

Synopsis:
